      What to bring

        What to Bring: Heavy down jacket, thermal layers (tops and bottoms), waterproof hiking jacket and pants, sturdy broken-in hiking boots, a -10°C rated sleeping bag, and a 30L daypack with a rain cover.

        Nice to Have: High-SPF sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, lip balm with SPF, trekking poles to ease the pressure on your knees during steep descents, a headlamp with extra batteries for summit night, energy gels or favorite snacks, and plenty of wet wipes for quick camp refreshes.
