What to bring

What to Bring: Heavy down jacket, thermal underwear (top and bottom), waterproof hiking pants and jacket, sturdy broken-in hiking boots, -10°C rated sleeping bag, and a 30L daypack with a rain cover.

Nice to Have: High-SPF sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, lip balm with SPF, trekking poles to save your knees on the steep descents, a headlamp with extra batteries for summit night, energy gels or snacks, and plenty of wet wipes for a quick refresh at camp.
